Lemon Loaf (baking is nice)




I got this recipe from the "Baked" cookbook.  The recipe was a little complicated.  I'd make one modification to the recipe.  The recipe calls for the zest of four lemons, but I think next time I'll double that.  Zesting is a pain in the ass.  Glazing, on the other hand, is fun.
